Next Level Leadership is an intentional 20 week intensive course, broken out into two ten week phases. It’s designed for emerging 20's-30’s leaders who have an interest in full-time ministry, missions, church planting, or kingdom entrepreneurial initiatives.

Pastors Seth & Rachel Enos, and Eric & Cindy Sandras, will facilitate each evening. Meetings will include time for robust discussions where you will have a chance to ask challenging questions, and hear from the heart of TSC leadership team.
Basic Overview
PHASE 1: October - December '22
PHASE 2: January - March '23
Cost: $300 per phase or $500 if the 20 weeks are paid up front
Where: Locations will vary, but we will always share a meal together
Interaction: It will not just be sit and listen to someone teach. We will venture into experiencing & learning ministry together
Homework: There will be required reading and homework

PHASE 1 - Deeper Devotion: How do we maintain love for Christ in the midst of serving Christ?
PHASE 2 - Higher Calling: How does one develop both gifts and character in ministry? How do I walk in my own calling and not somebody else’s expectations?
