"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison

and you came to visit me." - Matthew 25:35-36

The heartbeat that defines The Sanctuary Church is the desire to create a space for every single person, no matter background or circumstance, to create a place where anyone can encounter Jesus.

"It was God who brought the homeless to the Sanctuary because of a prayer I prayed with Dr. E and Bod Ford. We had just moved into our building and were talking about filling the church with diverse people. I prayed 'Oh Lord let them smell the coffee and bring them in.'

A few weeks later, the homeless were knocking on the back door. So I begin to feed them. That’s how the café got started."

I believe God used Ragamuffin Ministries to save me with His grace and faithfulness.

- He healed me from the inside out

- He taught me to see life through His eyes

- He showed me how to love unconditionally and accept people as they are

- He took my ashes and turned them into His beauty
