Young Saints Conference 2022

Every year in October, Bethel Church in Redding, CA, puts on their Young Saints Youth Conference. We took a team of students back in 2019, and it was incredible! Both students and leaders encountered God’s presence in ways that have been truly life changing.

Aside from producing worship music that reaches across the globe, Bethel has become a beautiful place where ongoing revival has been stewarded for almost 30 years! People travel there from all around the world because of the constant miracles, healings and Holy Spirit encounters. Their youth conference is no different!

This will be the first year since Covid shut everything down that they’re running the conference at full capacity, I felt pretty strongly The Lord highlighting to make this a priority and to take a team of students. Because we’ll be driving halfway across the country and spending almost a week together away from home, I am only opening this trip up to our older students and have invited most of our Juniors and Seniors. The team will 10-12 of us, and will be led by myself and 3 other leaders (2 guys, 2 girls).

The plan, as of now, is to leave in the afternoon on Tuesday, 10/18, as soon as the students are out of school, and drive through the night. We did this last time, with leaders rotating as drivers, and it worked out pretty well. We’ll arrive in Redding early afternoon on Wednesday, and get checked in and settled into our Airbnb (I scored one for pretty inexpensive that will house everyone!). The Redwoods are not far from Redding, so we’re gonna take a day trip to see them on Thursday! The Conference itself is Friday and Saturday, and we’ll hangout and attend Bethel’s main service Sunday morning. We’ll then load up and roll out early afternoon on Sunday and should arrive back in the Springs by Monday afternoon 10/24.

The price of the trip is $500 per person (Fuel and the Airbnb are split amongst the total number coming). This includes gas, all meals from when we leave to when we return, Airbnb, and the cost of the conference. Students should plan to bring extra spending money for any souvenirs, conference merchandise or additional snacks they may want. Once we have everyone confirmed, I'll create a signup/ payment option with the exact amount available through TSC's website.

This trip is going to be incredible, and I really believe God is going to encounter our students in profound ways. Also, we’re going to have a blast!
